They are falling and spilling continuously I am trying to raise a request to exchange them with another product and not even telling to return it. But there is no policy as such; for me this is a hardware issue This is unsatisfactory and OnePlus is forcing a customer to keep a product which he/she is not satisfied with Multiple companies have exchange and return policy
