Hi I have a OnePlus 6 and upgraded to the latest build OnePlus A6003_22_190801. I am experiencing problems with the Facebook App , when I go into Marketplace and tap on one picture, it's ok. When tapping another it just doesn't let you look at the advert and to get it working I have to close the app and again repeat of what I said is the problem. This is highly annoying and I'd rather go back to the last build where it was working.

Please can you sort this issue out ASAP.

    Hi

I've found a way to get the App back up and running and that is to uninstall and then reinstall App and then it'll work properly again.

Bit of an inconvenience on firmware upgrading.

    Hope my solution helps

Well I thought I solved the problem, but no it's still doing the same as before. So I guess this could be something related to the firmware upgrade as it was working on previous.

Please can you sort this out and is it possible to rollback to previous firmware build?

Seems to be a Facebook issue.

Are you realising that you're asking to a bunch of One Plus users (no, there's no one from One Plus here) to help you about an issue that has nothing to do with One Plus ? I mean, as far as I know, Facebook isn't owned by One Plus.

If you haven't got anything better to do than reply nonsense, then please don't put your stain on here. I'm looking for help to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem since the new firmware regardless of you thinking it's a third party app issue. I find it funny that previous firmware worked ok and new firmware has faulted.

Because it makes sense to blame the firmware (the fact it happened after you updated is probably a coincidence). You do realise that Facebook is also updated ? So, the Facebook update could be faulty.

Because you own a One Plus device, it doesn't necessarily mean that any issue you encounter on your phone comes from One Plus.
