Facing black crush green tint and red colour issue via OnePlus 8 Pro

    I had purchased OnePlus 8 pro last week and since then been facing certain screen problems as one can see in the image attached. Please tell me if it is software or hardware issue.

    Return/Replacement is only valid for 10 days from purchase date. If it's over 10 days then i guess they won't give you replacement but try you luck. Go to the store and show them the issue and also send a email to oneplus regarding this.

    But Oneplus Team said that Black crush and green tint is Software problem and Fix this issue soon via OTA update. So I'm waiting for the updates.

    They are saying this for past 7 months for my 7t still not yet resolved they always says like this and we wait but noyhing going to cone i own 7t has blacl crush issue visted service center many times but always saying will resolve via software and i waited but till now nothing service center are not taking initiative to replace the display.

    I messaged here just to help u guys because dont get fooled like some of us who were using 7t better replace it...and dont wait for the update that they are saying which us not going to happen.if another varient of oneplus relase they will surely ignore ur model go behind the next one without resolvibg anything

    Really sorry to here this from u so many of them are there like u bro.who jad trusted the company and waited but nothing happened the result is always pathetic and no one cares.i dont know why all peoples are going behind this and by the experience i lost the every hope in all tech reviewers on youtube that not even a single person mentioned this.maybe their review units are better calibrated by oneplus this purely quality issue bro nothing we can do about it i also feel sad about ur situation that u had spent that much of money approx double what i had paid for this issue lost every hope in tjis comoany and this is my last oneplus for sure and never again going to think about it.
