Facing Display Crush or Green Tint issue via OnePlus 8 Pro

    Hey Team,


    This is to inform you regarding for the issue which i was facing from OnePlus 8 pro which is purchased from Amazon.in.


    This phone is very good and very fast and smooth but i was facing Display Crush/Tint/Black Bar, i don't no what it is exactly, but it was a really very bad experience which i was facing and i had checked my friend phone but in his phone there is no problem like this.


    This is very very bad experience from OnePlus and i really disappointed about this.


    I called to Amazon customer support and talked regarding this and they said send me the pictures or videos of that so i am attaching the both pictures and videos of the phone with Display issue which i am facing.


    What the hell is this type of service from Amazon/ OnePlus i really don't no.


    I waited for 3 months to buy this phone but unfortunately phone made me very disappointed and ridiculous.


    And i have also tried with the hard Reset and checked with apps like display test.


    Also I went to OnePlus Authorised service center yesterday and That was really a worst service center i have ever seen like that. The person said your display is having problem and if you have a time to replace the phone in amazon, He said please return immediately.

    Service center in Mysore looks like a xerox shop and they are like a xerox persons and there is bad kind of service.
    I don't no what the hell is this. why OnePlus given the Authorization for them, please visit OnePlus service center in Mysore, then you will get to know what exactly it will be.

    Even I had similar issues with my 8 pro. Once I had sent the pictures to Amazon they agreed to refund my money because the phone was out of stock.

    Yes bro. I have updated the phone twice still i was facing this issue. So i decided to return the phone.

    Please suggest a good flagship phone

    Well on this price .....with this specs ,you cant get any but after that i think you should switch to Iphone or samsung galaxy s20.....

    Why you are behaving childish man!! Everyone knows what is the issue and even oneplus also knows about it and still they are asking such a silly questions... this is issues never gonna fix..never

    we are behaving childish because we don't want to left any chance to get our device replacement or refund !...
    atleast there is in written now that we tried in our replacement peroid to claim in future !...
