    I am OP6 user. I am using Airtel sim with 4G. Sometimes I am not receiving internet speed compare to my friend's phone which is OP5T. We are at same place and using same internet provider (Airtel). He is getting proper speed but I am not. Its like 1-2 Kb/s speed for me. I observed so many times. Finally I want to know why it is happening like this?

    Is there any software update problem or hardware problem?
    How can I get to know?

    Kindly help me on this.

    Check the following settings:

    Settings>

    WI-FI & Internet>

    SIM & Network>

    Preferred network type should be 2G/3G/4G (Automatic)
