    aucksy , Mar 18, 2016 :
    TWRP 3.0.01
    CM13.0-20160317 Nightly
    Baseband DI.3.0.c6-00241-M8974AAAAANAZM-1

I have flashed all nightlies using above TWRP version and everything was working fine.
until I went out of city and data stopped working in roaming and its still not working in my city

I have tried everything available on forums like downgrading TWRP to 2.8.6.0
also tried flashing OnePlusFirmware-20150515.zip using twrp 2.8.6.0 and TWRP 3.0.0.0

tried clean installs for CM 13 and CM12.1 but radio seems to be affected really bad... no idea what is happening

    here are the LOGS:

Cm13 usually has a lot of APNs for many carriers.

Have you tried a different APN on the list in SETTINGS?

Hey friend, as per my carrier instructions I have chosen the one that works...

Still I tried selecting the other one and its still behaving in same way.... issue seems to be connected with broken radio firmware which I am unable to fix even after clean installs

are you SURE you enabled roaming? it's usually off by default.

are you able to make phone calls and just mobile data is affected? or you can't even make a phone call?

I already assume turning airplane mode on...and then off shows no improvement

    1. Yes, I did enable Data in Roaming but as soon as I entered roaming area, the mobile data went mad and started flickering as you can see in video...

    2. I am able to make phone calls thank god !! SMS also working. Its just the mobile data.

    3. Tried that airplane mode thing and in fact every solution available on forums... nothing is working...

I have gone upto the level of soft bricking my device and then used wugfresh root toolkit to unroot and restore stock... wiped everything from zero...

and mobile data still not working....

looks like hardware got affected .... so unbelievable :(
