    Hi everyone,

I got the following email today:
I know I should have been suspicious because it was addressed to an account that's not mine, but I was overjoyed at finally getting an invite and clicked without noticing that. The link in the page actually took me to an expired invite :-(

The link says bit.ly/oneplusinvites, but the real URL was pointing at
mandrillapp.com/track/click.php?u=[.....]. Doesn't sound like a real OPO to me, and the fact that the invite had already expired leads me to believe it's a scam

Edit: Ignore this part as it seems that other users say it is the official OPO helpdesk...

Even though I've had a OnePlus account for ages. Guess they are trying to get people's passwords through this.

    Please be careful guys!

You should run a thorough virus scan on your PC. This might be spyware.

I got the same email today and made a thread about it.
    A mod removed it.

I just went through the plain text email, turns out the email was sent at [myUsername]@facebook.com, which forwarded it to my email. After "verifying" my account with a fake password it showed my Facebook name as the account name and showed an FAQ page...

Of course I can't tell for sure, but all of this, plus the expired invite sounds like a scam...
