fast battery drain issues in normal use

    hey OnePlus
    I bought the new Oneplus 7T 1 month ago and i am FACING BATTERY DRAIN ISSUES on 10.3.3 HD65AA VERSION on normal use, i request u to please launch a update as soon as possible ...though the update specifes improved battery life user experience but i am facing totally OPPOSITE of it and the battery is draining faster and i am getting less than 7 hours of on screen usage

    You gotta keep in mind that some apps are heavier on the battery than others that being said 5 hours of SOT is respectable. I wouldn't call that a battery drain issue at all

    Who told you that ? Did you read my first sentence ? Battery performance depends on many variables including the ambient temperature, the charging habits AND the screen's refresh rate. You battery performance sounds decent to me SO STOP SCREAMING AT ME

    Hey lstn..first if all i am not screaming at u ..and for the matter of screen refresh rate ..my current screen refresh is at 60 hz ..coz ...if i use at 90 hz ...my baattery wouldn't last a day...and would get more less screen on time...

    And also...can i get to know that OnePlus 7 and 7pro are getting the official update of 10.3.4 (incrementle )...when can OnePlus 7t user get to use that update?

    Welcome to the community. If i've got one word of advice it's this one: never ask for ETAs on updates. some of us may be a little more tech savvy than others but we're all regular users with no insider knowledge.
