If you fully turn the phone off then turn it back on it only takes a few seconds to boot back up.

Fastboot is where you can flash items to your phone's partitions. The Fastboot mode is accessible by turning on your phone with POWER + VOLUME UP.

fastboot is a command used to flash .img's to your device like a new modem or recovery,to get into your device's bootloader hold power and volume up,can be a bit finicky, you need to setup fastboot and adb on your computer so you can get into "fastboot" mode by typing adb reboot bootloader (bootloader will then accept fastboot commands)

I got my Nilkin tempered glass installed today and now my phone is stuck is fast boot load screen. I have tried to power it down and tried the vol down+power button and all three buttons well. From the menu which came I tried to do a normal system restart and a factory reset as well. However, the phone stays at the fast boot load screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !

P.S. I am still wondering how a tempered glass can **** around with the boot loader??

I had a similar problem yesterday. I waited for about 5 hours in Fast boot load screen. Then I just pressed the power button for a minute or 2 and the OPO powered off. Waited couple of minutes and then rebooted with normal boot and it worked like a charm. I hope you can try that and see what happens.

I dont think my phone would have the battery backup to last 5 hours or so.. Althought, I charged it throughout the night, however, I dont see any indication of it getting charged.
