I am using OnePlus 5T since one year. Nowadays the dash charge is not appearing in the device while charging and the device is charging slowly. After plugging the phone with the charger the notification light is turning red whereas earlier while dash charging was there the notification light turned blue. What's the solution of the problem....???

    Clean your charging port.
    Try another OnePlus cable.

Apply some pressure and see if it even starts rapid charging.

Your port might need to be replaced.

If possible try another dash charger with your device to make sure your charger and cable working perfectly.

Try factory reset. if this is a temporary issue, it'll fix with a factory reset.

Ok, you've tried a different cable and charger and you've cleaned out your charging port and tried all other possible fixes but issue still persists so you must have a hardware fault.
Take or send your device to a Service Centre to be checked out.

I had the same issue with OP5 along with audio port problem. For the 1st time I went to service center, they fixed my phone within 10 mins stating that it needed cleaning. Dash charge issue was fixed and problem didn't occurred for another 10 months or so. Again went to service center they changed both the ports (charging + 3.5mm audio jack). This time they said because of dust accumulation both the ports were worn out. Check for the "click" sound whenever you connect original USB with the port. If it is not there then do visit service center once. It costed me INR 1130 or USD 16. Hope that helps.

Plug in the device to your computer, do you see the USB options in your notifications? If you turn on USB File Transfer, can you transfer files?
