    Nope I do not have the piece of paper required to be "certified" but im very knowledgeable as l train bodybuilding and powerlifting and its my lifestyle

    I feel ya man. When I was a teen I was the same way. Time will cure that especially if you keep those same eating habits. The mid 20s are a great cure for you. Then a few more years after that you will long for the days when you could eat anything and not gain weight. That was a hundred pounds ago for me.

    You are still teenager so do not worry. If you want to put some extra pounds do not eat junk food. That way you will gain only fat.

    I started Intermittent Fasting last year, and I lost about 28lbs about 12kg (?) in about a month... I know losing weight too fast isn't healthy, but fasting definitely works.

    Yeah I know, but that was last year, I've been doing weight training and have had great results.

    i have 3 meals in me before I workout and a protein shake an hour before....and preworkout 15 mins before...only because i workout after work....tried working out with nothing in me .....it was horrible

    Yeah I know what you mean. When I started working out without eating anything, in the morning obviously, I felt really bad and weak. After some time, though, the feeling just went away, know it's like nothing. Which pre-workout do you take?
