I want to know why the "global version" of the OnePlus 8T model KB2003 doesn't have a FCC ID, if it is necessary to use the phone in America, so if we travel to North America or South America, after some days our phone will be blocked if we don't homologate it, and to do it, it is necessary that the phone has FCC ID. If it is a global version it should have those certifications.

That is not true, I have devices that dont have fccid and it was never blocked nor on the US nor in south america.
This is a problem only for Colombia, for their country laws. Only devices that are sold officially in the US have FCC ID

Was about to say the same, FCC ID's only need to be provided for devices sold in that specific country, most likely I'm guessing that the US version doesn't have CE markings either.

I know, but when you go to the store they sell the OnePlus 8T like a Global Version, I know those version, and in Colombia the KB2005 is already homologate, but they require the FCC ID of the KB2003 to homologate it. But there is a project in which they are not going to ask for that ID to homologate the phone, just your personal dates, the IMEI the brand and model of the phone.

I don't know why the site described the device that you bought as a global device. You will need to discuss that with them.
If you knew that only the US device is the one that works, the you should had buy that one.

Yes that was my fault but in Spain they sell or the Eurepean Version or the Chinese, but all the phones that I have bought in Europe, have worked in Colombia without problem, perhaps it is because those brands include the FCC ID on their phones too.

Not all brands slit up eu and US models, thus these phones will have FCC and CE marking. For oneplus these are split, since the countries get slightly different features and mobile bands.

In spain the official retail place is still the OP website:
    https://www.oneplus.com/es/store?from=head

Which should not sell the Chinese version.

Why do you want to buy a device that was not meant to be used in your region?
