Files icon coming up on home screen by itself Dec 24, 2019

    Hi,
    this started happening after the Android 10 update.
    every time some apps update from the app store, I get a files icon on my home screen.

    anybody else experiencing this ?

    It is a system app which is used to be hidden in Android Pie,
    Try to clean the cache and storage of the OnePlus launcher and reboot your phone once and make sure the launcher is updated

    I did. No idea why it's showing up in the launcher but had to mention that in case you thought it was a malicious app or something like some do.
