KIA offers 7 years of power-train warranty, it's a marketing gimmick.
In the quiet wise words of Brick Top: are you taking a piss?

I think I meant A piss. The is one of the grammatical words of English. It does not have any real meaning by itself, but rather it is used as a way of sending a signal about other words. The words it sends signals about are always nouns. In that sense English is a rather materialistic language. “The” is a preposition. A preposition is a word such as after, in, to, on, and with. Prepositions are usually used in front of nouns or pronouns and they show the relationship between the noun or pronoun and other words in a sentence. In other words, Brick Top would have had to have intimate and direct knowledge of what Turkish' piss looks and feels like along with a distinctive recognizable characteristics.

Personally, when I buy a phone, I look at it for what it offers, in the here and now.
I don't buy based on it's future potential.

For those that have issues, with other OP devices, that weren't addressed , I understand your anger.

Personally, I fully expected them to stop production of the 3T, although I thought it would be a while after the OP5 launch.

Just to note, I have had the 1, 2, 3 and 3T(didn't want the X) otherwise all have performed well.
Even the 2 was good for it's price, which I bought knowing about the Processor, and the lack of NFC.

So I'm looking forward to the 5, but may not upgrade this time around.

I do hope OP will do what they say(actions speak louder than words) so I guess we will see if they follow through.

But why do they need to stop OP3T production, or at least couldn't they have built up a few months supply, as it still competes against the likes of the LG6? Just cutting it off in it's prime means they don't have the hassle of OS updates, when was the last time none Beta users actually got an updated?

As far as the OP3/3T not working on the OP5 the next upcoming update sounds very similar to what OP5 owners might expect, such as the faster opening apps improvements.

Lol, man I just kept scrolling and scrolling and scrolling waiting for it to end. Dude wrote a novel, but I get people are upset. At least I have the right mindset now that I won't get updates after a year, so I'm all ready to switch over to a custom ROM.

While we are on the subject of the English language, perhaps you could look into the meaning of a paragraph?

I just read a rather surprising news that OP has decided to discontinue OP3t even before the release of OP5. They are saying that only few units are available and its last chance to buy OP3t. The official announcing this did said that they would still continue to provide software updates for OP3t but the same was said for OP2 and X as well and we all know what happened with them. Well I guess R.I.P OP3t is in order [e]1f61e[/e]
