    Lately , anyone experiencing issues with fingerprint sensor. I have noticed it is not responding consistently, and have to frequently reboot.

    Clear all Screen Locks, Pin, Fingerprint and Facelocks etc

    Also clear all Smart Locks as well.

    Restart the phone

    And then setup the Fingerprint once more.

    The scenario is like this: After performing the above steps you get new working fingerprint locks but after 1,2 days same thing happens. It get restored after few hours then again stop recognising. I started worrying about any malware or something happened to it!! Or it is just faulty update.

    If its recurring after a day or 2, it could be possible software issue. Doubt its hardware. But you can run a system check with the OnePlus Diagnostic tool.

    You can run this tool to check if everything is working as expected by clicking on Detect Now.

    Just follow the instructions on the screen.
