After the latest update my finger print sensor hasn't been reading to unlock the screen it adds my finger prints just fine. I even deleted them all and re-added them no avail.

When I did the bug report next to phone model there was an O2 drop-down with numbers but I couldn't find what they were in regards to the OS. Cause they didn't match the OS version number...

No idea which one would be the latest all it says are numbers they need to do a better job of explaining what they are asking...

Working fine for me on 11.2.4.4

The fingerprint sensor on the OnePlus 9 Pro is the most reliable I've ever used.

I've got the same issue. It was working perfectly, but recently it doesn't read my fingerprints anymore. It can add my prints in settings, but doesn't recognize my prints to unlock something.
    9 pro, latest OTA 11.2.4.4
    did you find a solution?

Oneplus 9 Pro. After the last 2 updates my fingerprint is no longer recognized. Even after removing and adding new ones, they still won't unlock the phone or apps. Just says fingerprint not recognized.

Went to factory mode/debugging/fingerprint test/fingerprint quality test green live capture. That test comes up FAIL: GF_ERROR_NOT_LIVE_FINGER

Not sure what else to do to get the sensor working again. Last time it just suddenly started working again after about a week.

I have this exact same behavior. Enrollment works fine, but after OTAs or some reboots fingerprint recognition on the lockscreen and FOD-enabled apps simply refuses to recognize me. I've noticed it "declines" the print almost immediately as if it isn't even scanning it. As with Amictus, it will randomly start working after a period of days being on and continue working reliably until the next system reboot. Extremely frustrating as I use a very long password.
