Dresa91 , Jan 18, 2022 : If you already tried everything, please contact the support or visit a service center and get your device checked

glapchlm , Jan 31, 2022 : Same issues here with my Oneplus 9 Pro 5G: fingerprint sensor seems not to be working as expected after LE2123_11_C.44 update. If of any help, in my case, disabling display's auto brightness and setting it to high seems to resolve the problem. There clearly is a bug with this new release in regards to the fingerprint sensor
