Fingerprint privacy feature request

    It would really be cool if Android had a feature to switch profiles by using different fingers. Maybe even hide/show certain apps, block certain features. Also, if apps could use the same data to hide or show certain parts of the applications.

    The switch would be seamless and the other person won't even know because you will just be unlocking with different fingers to hide, show different apps and data.

    Is this possible?

    I even submitted a feature request on Google's website for this. Star that issue if you guys want that too:

    Huawei does this on the new Mate 10 whatever they call the larger model.

    that sorta thing is present in Xiaomi phones like you can have different user have different fingerprint password and one home screen and lock your apps with different password and other stuffs with different

    Are you referring to the Android profiles that Google bakes in by default or do they have some other feature. But yeah that feature could definitely be useful.

    kinda like Android profile but i like the idea of having one home screen and you can enter two password for two different profiles without it being obvious.
