the_o2 , Jan 13, 2022 : Search for " bio" in settings. You will find this Click on it Now click on storage and cache Clear storage. Now restart your phone once and try to set up the fingerprint again.

Gor. , Jan 16, 2022 : Hey there, Having a screen protector on may cause such issues. In your case, I suspect the repairs may be the cause. Did you get it replaced at an official OnePlus center? If yes, you can reach out to them and they'll hopefully check what could be wrong.
