Fingerprint scanner is not working. Support help, please. Oct 26, 2015

    I've been and still am stock. I have cycled back and forth from software and hardware buttons. I've factory reset, with no luck. The whole scanner button is unresponsive. I've tried submitting a ticket, but I keep getting a something went wrong with your form submission. So, if there is anybody out there that can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
