I came back from my college today.
    Everything was fine.

Then i put my OP2 on the table. I cleaned it with a moist tissue, and while i was cleaning the screen (with temper glass) the hardware button suddenly stopped working, i use hardware button with on screen buttons.

It does not work at all. Like its dead.

Neither the fingerprint sensor works and nor the hardware home button. The two capacitive keys work fine though,ie back and multitask button.

I have done a full factory reset, but its still not working.
Its a little more than a month old.

    What should i do?

I told you its more than a month old.
So they can't replace it. They can only repair it.

    That's what an RMA is.
Also, have you tried flashing a new update/kernel?

Let the battery die. Then it should work again. There are few threads about.

No, I have not tried any kernels.
    It's OS 2.1.1 though.
It's not rooted. But the bootloader is unlocked.

    Tried safe mode.
Seems like a hardware issue. :/

I have already tried factory reset. Is flashing worth a try?

    Should i wipe device completely?
