Hi I just found this video on youtube:

So you can hack any OnePlus 6T and next generations just by using liquid glue ?

    What about security ?

I know that you need the fingerprint of the user and that "hack" is not recent at all but we are in 2019 and we still have this type of "DIY hack" ? Do we have to worry ?

Someone would not only need a perfect copy of your fingerprint, but also your device. At that point, they clearly have malicious intent and would probably chop off your finger to gain access.

In other words, the odds of someone actually using this to gain access to your device are extremely slim. And if that slim chance concerns you, you always have the option to use a password / pin instead
