Fingerprint sensor not working

    Hello All,

    Suddenly after 10.3.11 update my fingerprint sensor stopped working.
    Tried all solution restarting the device, done soft and hard reset nothing worked.
    Let me know the solution

    Are you getting any error when adding prints like "moved your finger too fast" or "sensor is dirty" ?

    I had an similar issue in one of the prev version of ota. I tried everything but it didn't help then passed on the feedback to dev and they rolled out another update post which the issue got resolved. Try the same.

    😂😒facing the same issue😑 .
    there was a pink line on the display after the last update.
    got the display changed and now facing this new issue😑.
    Update:- again visited the service centre for fingerprint issue and got it calibrated.
    issue is solved now.

    Was the calibration done and was it successful post changing the display? If not this issue can persist. You can try to take back the device to the SVC where you changed the display and ask them to get it calibrated. This might solve the issue.

    Take it to authorised OP svc and they might be able to calibrate the finger print sensor. It might help.

    If the device is still eligible for replacement warranty, get the device replaced.

    Also start a thread in the feedback section so that the development team can look into the issue from their end.
