tiberovo , via OnePlus 8 Pro , Nov 30, 2020 : I'm having trouble with that too, but I don't think it's the glass. In my case, it indicates that I have moved my finger and even if I change my finger, it stays with the same message. To unlock, I just need to press the right side button and then press fingerprint again ... It works directly. If it was a problem with the glass, I would have this problem all the time, but it doesn't.
Y1602502104588 , via OnePlus 8 Pro , Dec 2, 2020 : I have similar issue the fingerprint doesn't work with any screen protectors or tried many different now I took them off still with new fresh fingerprint still 7 or of 10 times it fails that's with OnePlus 8 Pro very disappointing And OnePlus care app won't detect UK region only showing India USA and Canada !
