Re-pair your Fitbit device from your phone if it's not connecting properly.

Contact Fitbit if you can. Might be an issue with the app.

This might be a problem with the Fitbit app, see if there's any update orbreinstalling it or cleaning the cache.

But since the system update, I haven't been able to sync. I tried repairing my Fitbit but it won't even find it and keeps saying Bluetooth issues.

Ok it's 2019 and I still do not see an answer addressing I how to fix this issue.
So far - I've contacted Fitbit and they say they do not support OnePlus phones. also they mentioned the problem is the Android Pie.
    - Also I don't see an update to fix this issue from OnePlus.

Does anybody know how to actually fix this?

    regards

This has been solved before. All it takes is a bit of searching. ;)

Works fine on my OP6, running Pie. I "converted" to Garmin, because of FB reliability (the watches themselves, definitely NOT the app(s)), so I hadn't fired it up in a couple of months, but it works just fine for me still.
    I'd un-install, reboot, and re-install (the app).

Also, it's VERY important to NOT manually pair your FB, through BT Settings.

Instead, use the FB app to pair the watch, it does something funky with some extra metadata or similar, which seems to make the BT connection a lot more consistently reliable.

    Hello.
Well in fact, I still have the problem, even after the 9.0.4 OTA for OP6. The pairing crashes when the Alta HR is detected and the phone is in the middle of the configuration. I think I tried everything. Reboot, cache clearing, app reinstall, bluetootch removal etc... Nothing seems to work. Bluetooth still crashes when the Alta is detected...
Did anybody experience that and found a workaround ?
    Thank you !

    Hi
I am facing issues with getting calls/message/calendar notifications on Fitbit Versa with my OnePlus7
I get the same error message again again to restart my phone. Once I restart or uninstall-install the app, it works for a while(1 hour or so) and then back to the same.
This notification feature used to work well with the MI5 I had before. I am not sure what kind of bug this is, but it's very difficult to use the app and watch by everytime restarting the app.

Could someone help on this error? Will this be fixed with some update?
