Follow-up on my issue

    A few weeks ago, I made a post expressing my issue with my OnePlus 7T. I have had this issue again and it is making me wonder whether it's only my device or its an issue with other 7T's. I yet again, opened an app and my whole phone froze with the response (after 3 minutes of being able to do nothing) "System UI had stopped working". This issue is extremely disturbing and disappointing with the amazing experience I have had with in joining OnePlus. I hope I can get some help/assistance with my issue.
