    I preordered a 64g phone but couldn't get through to finish my order. I had also ordered headphones & a clear case. Very disappointed. What next?

    Had to refresh several times until...I FINALLY GOT TO THE PREORDER NOW BUTTON!

    ...but I ended up on an error screen...

    BUT MY PATIENCE PREVAILED AND FINALLY LANDED ON THE ORDER FORM!

    ...but for some odd reason it didn't retain my saved pre-order from the 24th...

    SO I DECIDED TO FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM AGAIN!

    ...but the form glitched and didn't allow me to choose my state...so resorted to refresh and end up on an error page again

    BUT I EVENTUALLY REMAINED PATIENT AND GOT TO THE ORDER FORM THAT ALSO RETAINED MY SAVED PREORDER!

    ...but it landed on yet another error when I hit complete order...so refreshed yet again...

    UNTIL I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET TO THE PAYPAL PAGE TO PAY!

    yup..that was my experience...what a rollercoaster just for a preorder...

    Has to be negative:

    * Problems placing the order. Initially showed as 1-2 weeks but when I went through to pay screen, got 401 page not there error
    * Then took 20 minutes of continuous tries either showing incorrect pre-order details or just the site timing out. When I eventually did place my order, estimate shows as 3-4 weeks
    * Now order is showing in my account, no estimated date - being kept completely in the dark

    I give them 11/10 just for the fact that the whole preorder thing mostly worked while their servers were almost definitely on fire..... :p

    Took me over two hours to finally get through with the pre-order, so good news OPO extended the pre-order to 3 hrs or else I would have spent the time in front of pc to get through in vain!

    I had to try during 1h20m to succeed authenticating on the pre-order page.
    But finally I succeeded and could go through with the pre-order.
