Use any other unlocking way you also set up (like PIN code or fingerprint).
Unfortunately, for safety reasons, your storage is encrypted, and your phone protected.
If there was a possibility to bypass all securities, especially communicated on a public forum, then your device wouldn't be safe any longer, would it?

The pattern lock does not pop up out of it's own, without setting it up first.
So you must have set it yourself with a pattern.

I'm sorry for you, really, but you must know registered patterns DON'T change just by themselves. A human intervention is needed (yours, or someone's who saw your pattern).
A pattern is easy to spot for someone even a bit far from you. PIN codes are more difficult to spot as long as you don't use a single finger.
This is why the strongest security is still fingerprint.

I'm afraid there's no help to expect, unfortunately. You'll only be able to recover data which were previously synced on another support (or in the cloud), unless you can decrypt your storage by yourself using one of the securities you set on your device.
It's important to set at least 2 ways of unlocking a device, in case you need it. Even fingerprints, set at least 2 of them (imagine your only finger registered is covered by a compress).
It's also vital to always backup or sync mobile data on a safe place, as any mobile device can be stolen, broken, or failing due to wear.
