I don't think is possible the only idea I have is to do a factory reset and format the data.

How can you forget your password? Seriously?

But anyway can't you open it with your fingerprint?

You should just be able to access the files with another file manager program without even knowing your password, it's a flawed system. Make sure you turn on hidden files in your file viewer, at the root of your internal storage there should be something that has "securebox" or something similar to click on.

Tried to Google for a workaround but couldn't find any.
There doesn't seem to be any option except wiping all your data by going into the recovery mode, and then putting in a password all over again.
If you just want access to the hidden files, download ES File explorer,go to internal storage, toggle on 'show hidden files', and then go to the dot file manager folder, look for a folder called Safe, tap on it & you'll be able to see your hidden files.
    Cheers.

the secure box thing is just crap. data inside it is not at all safe and encrypted. anyone can get the files access from the securebox. just install any other file explorer's like ESExplorer. and toggle show hidden files and search for folder .fileManager... inside that folder u'll find everything that u had in ur securebox. never trust securebox. LOL.

    Just go into '/storage/emulated/0/.fileManager/safe/files'
Your files are here, unencrypted, with different names.
