Bradon H, Nov 9, 2016 : Hey everyone, We've heard your feedback. In the past, it wasn't always easy to find the thread that answers your question in our support forums. Inside support threads, you may have had to sift through dozens of pages to find the best solution. It's wasn't perfect. Today, we're addressing these concerns with several improvements. At the end of the day, we want to make it easier for you guys to help each other. Here's what's happening: Best Answers From this point forward, every thread you make in the support forums is automatically marked as "open." This tells the world that you still need some help. Once someone replies with a solution that solves your problem, you can choose this post as the "best answer." This will mark the thread as "solved" and link directly to the best answer. This allows viewers with the same issue to quickly find the best solution. Tags and Filters When you create a support thread, you can now assign a topic tag: When viewing the support forums, you can now filter by topic and/or status to make sorting and navigation easier: The goal here is to improve organization and allow threads to be quickly identified by general topic.
