Frame rate dropping OnePlus 7 Pro via OnePlus 7 Pro

  1. Z1574584299480 , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Jun 14, 2021 :
Hello, I've been having the problem with my OnePlus for a few weeks now that the frame rate keeps dropping to 10 - 20 Hz. Especially while using YouTube and Netflix very noticeable and annoying. Uninstall and restart and so on I have already done everything, unfortunately did not work. Also noticeable in other apps and when scrolling that the frame rate constantly crashes.

What can be done about it? Is this a warranty case?

The display of the 7pro is not LTPO, it has only two set hertz limits of 60 and 90... the display can't go down to below 60hz.

If you requiere additional information let my know, as I have the same issue, since updating to Android 11. I didn't get frame rate drops on Android 10, but since I updated to 11, I get framerate drops with every streaming app on the OnePlus 7 Pro. It doesn't matter if I set it to 60hz or 90hz. The drops happen with each setting. I did a hard reset a few weeks ago, unfortunately that didn't fix the problem.
