After the recent security update, My oneplus 6t phone feels very sluggish and having pretty bad experience overall.

Having massive frame rates drop even during normal scrolling and gaming. Phone heats up a lot while gaming. jittering screen.

    Anyone getting same experience??

did you try anything yourself yet? Like clearing the device cache from recovery?

Mine been sluggish! Ui Non responsive! Freezes for a few.... My 1st OnePlus 6t needed replacement! (Black screen)! This 6t, issues just as bad! 8 gig ram, tmobile bloatware, 128 gigs of flash! My security update, of course after tmobile mods it, takes additional 3 weeks! 10.3.9 is my os version!

I guess the update are under baked before pushing to masses! We can only hope for better and stable updates for future which can actually resolve the issues!

Yeah I did try clearing cache and even data from recovery. the frame rates issue is a bit less now that there arent as many apps as before but the heat is as worse as ever.

You should try a factory reset for your device. It's pretty normal for things like these to happen, especially if your phone is pretty old. Or, you can try uninstalling and installing the application again, since you've probably encountered a bug. I know that this is a pain in the ***, but there's not much that you can do, unfortunately. After you've done those two steps, you can check out fixubuntu.com in order to see your current frame rate. If it's the same, then it's probably time to speak with the developers, since the issue definitely comes from them
