    Lol yes, and consider that they are much more competent than the french support which is a total failure...:D

    But with Huawei or Samsung I am really annoyed by their android distribution which are too far from Android stock so I'd rather choose the Google Pixel for pure android experience.

    So do you still have the problem or not?

    I had exactly the same problem.

    I made 400 km this week-end, and the Internet access is still working on my OP5 ! Here is what I did :
    Edit the APN for the "Orange" SIM, select "Orange World" and change "Authentication type" from "PAP" to "CHAP".

    I hope it can help...

    Do you still get no issue at all? I had find something like that on a forum, I set my settings to CHAP but it didn't change anything. Still get random connectivity loss...

    It seems that Oxygen OS get worst on connectivity on each major update... What could happen with the Pie update ah ah

    On the french thread "problème récurrent de perte de réseau" apparently someone had the problem resolved by sending it to the repair center.

    Same issue.
    Changed Sim
    Reset phone
    Sent to repair

    Nothing changed, same problem.
    Oneplus assistance is sh**!! Reparation center get it at 11am and send me back à 5pm same day!
    They didn't repair the phone!
    JeSuisUnEnfoire reported issue more than 6 months ago, they did nothing! reparation center nothing too!

    Hi, I also have been having this issue for months now. It is extremely annoying and I am going to give away 1+ if it is not solved in the next month. It is also unbearable that the tech team and support do nothing. They bring an update that kills the phone and do very little to repair. Amazing !
    No the issue is not solved.

    strange OP doesn't put an effort on this bug.
    this is a major one.
    'Never settled' ? ok, so try to solve this please !!!
    'unlock the speed' ... I would like to,.but without connectivity, it's a little hard ....

    Same issue here since upgrade to 5.1.7 on my 5T.
    French carrier Orange (SOSH)
    Upgrade to 9.0.2 didn't change anything, maybe even worst.
    Please consider this is a huge issue.
