Liehjan , Sep 15, 2021 : The thing with free trials is that it needs to be a valid payment method that you put in. The free trial makes a reservation of 1$ on your credit card just to check that it is legit. If that validation fails you will get that message... Are you using a valid card?

Caomhin , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Sep 26, 2021 : As it's a Spotify website and Spotify payment page, it's Spotify support you need to deal with, only they can deal with their payment system. Oneplus would have no control how Spotify allow access to their payment system. You may have to discuss it with Spotify and your credit card issuer. They need to resolve the issue between them.
