    I am using a One plus 7 pro , I have cleaned the lence many times , I have also restarted my phone many times , Have also checked on the settings . but nothing helped . The problem started after I had updated the system software .

    I have cleared the cache and retarted , but still after , I switch to front camera , It's showing complete black out , And the phone gets hanged.

    i am facing similar issue with my 7pro front camera issue .. it is opening but the screen is blank .. n it shuts automatically after few seconds.. since morning I am facing this issue ..


    Cleared caches and even did factory reset but nothing worked

    Try to open the camera with another app, like Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram. If there the camera works, you face a software problem. If it does not, you have a hardware problem.

    Same problem, tried everything including the hard reset but still the same issue. I believe its a bug in their new update and we will have to wait until they roll out the new update with the fix. If you have found the solution please help.

    I downgraded my one7+ pro to 10.0.5 EU version because the versions after 5 are full of bugs. the 5 is one of the versions that operates in my opinion the most smoothly

    I'm also facing the same issue. I have done a hard reset too on my phone but the issue still persists. Cache is also fully cleared. Please get this issue fixed ASAP and release it in next update. What's the sense of purchasing this costly phone if development team so long to fix it.
