    Same issue here, factory reset doesn't fix. I wouldn't bother, msm unbrick doesn't work. Flashing 10.0.4 doesn't fix.

    Update received.

    2 hours later u take ur phone and start to fail. No facial unlock. Front, back camera, youtube, etc.

    Lot of same model phones start to fail in the same moment.

    ¿Hardware issue? IDK Rick, It's look fake.

    I see random camera failures all over the community on several phones on every single update more or less... If it gets solved by using a other version then hurray. Verified software issue of some kind.
    However if nothing you do regardless of software version used, rollbacks, msm-tool and whatever and the problem remains... Still so sure it is a software issue then? I would not rule out hardware issues so easilly as some prefers to do. I've seen updates being the the blame for basically everything. Sure... The timing may suggest a software related issue if worked at sometime before the upgrade and failing sometime after an upgrade... But for those that tried EVERYTHING and absolutely nothing brings the camera back. How can they be 100% sure it is a software issue?

    Pretty far from the camera issue though.
    Anyway. Let me know if your camera ever works again. And I'd be interested in knowing what part that actually broke it.
