Front camera on 60fps 4K is not recording via OnePlus Nord

    Hi team,

    I am trying to record 60fps 4K video from my front cam but it is showing me an error "unable to record video as the app is already in use. Please clear background app and try again"

    Multiple times I cleared all the background app and then tried to record on 60fps 4K video from my front cam but I am getting the same error over and over again.

    Kindly help in resolving this issue.

    Thank you for showing your interest in the thread and responding on this. Could you please help me me and knowing the steps to clear the cache so that I can use the desired setting.

    Settings - Apps & notifications - Camera - Storage & cache and choose „Clear cache“ and „Clear Storage“
