Wondering about the same. What exactly is the latest stock kernel and where can I get it?

I'm interested in trying out Franco's kernel, but of course it would be good to have the stock kernel ready if I want/need to return to it.

Also, it appears that if I want to revert back to the stock kernel, all I need to do is flash the stock kernel zip in recovery and that's that - right?

    Thanks in advance.

Mabye you should add droidkang. Runs like a solid rock on my one. It has cm11s lockscreen and hover from paranoid and many settings

    beany , Sep 23, 2014 :
Install MultiROM, flash Carbon ROM as your secondary ROM and set it to boot first. That way you can enjoy best of both worlds and switch back at any time without losing /data.

That seems to be a matter of opinion. Many would argue the case for AK.
