On 8T is not possible to send notifications from apps like Viber, Whatsapp, Duo ,WeChat to Samsung galaxy watch 4 released 27/8 . Is not possible to force this watch to vibrate or do signal when notifications arrived on phone 8T. On model 7T all works fine no problems. So what is wrong with 8T???

You need to enable the permissions to access your phones notifications.

Android Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> Special App Access -> Notification Access

Then allow the Samsung Watch app access.

I updated my reply, you need to manually enable access, I gave you the steps above - it is not enabled unless you manually do these steps.

Hmm. I did a quick google search, one person said they fixed it by turning off battery optimisations for the app and then doing a full restart of their phone. Other than that, I'm sure you already enabled the notifications in the Samsung app.

I tested optimisation, no optimisation restart, cache clear during phone boot. No success. On 7T all works good we can say out of the box haha. Watch for 350 USD don't work simple Mi band 5 for 30 USD worked well each nssg on phone 8T was a vibration.

I'm not really familiar with Samsung watches, but is it using Google Wear? I wonder if enabling the Google notification accesses would help in that case.... but otherwise, no clue.

It would be better of you could report the issue to OnePlus via feedback tool
    https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback
And also to the Samsung team.

The removal of battery optimization and restart seemed to work for me on a Oneplus Nord. Thanks for the tip.
