    Get a DDR5.
Heard that you can run Witcher 3 with just 2GB of DDR5
If you aren't much into getting your games to Ultra quality and shit like that, the i5 around 3.0Ghz is perfect.

I would switch that WD black with WD 2tb Red. You already would have an SSD for all your games so you don't need another fast HDD. Also I've heard WD black can get quite loud.

Also 8gb is plenty enough for starters. Get more later ;)

Also can you see what Seasonic or XFX PSU's cost where you live? Those are the most effieicent PSU's tou can find imo.

Also Super Flower is reslly efficient.

I5 6600k would be the best purchase to be honest. You don't get much benefit from i7 unless you're doing some rough editing for example.

If you are able to leave some budget, I would recommend Fractal Design Define R5 (it's a quiet, quality case made in Scandinavia, and there's also a side windows version)

GTX 970 is hella good, and you can add a second one for SLI later, which will make your PC a freaking beast. I recommend the Asus one.

The CPU cooler is another story. The Air cooler is great for cooling, but not so sure how it performs when you overclock (of you even will). And the water cooler seems a bit overkill tbh.

    Maybe look into Noctua coolers?

I would say get a 980ti. .. Mainly because the 970 had / has? the 3.5GB ram issue.

Can't remember the prices different when i got my 980ti

    EDIT - Get 16GB RAM

Personal experience get the H80i never had an issue with.

The MoBo is a tricky one. For this you should get the most expensive one, as it is the core part in the PC and I wouldn't skimp with that.

It's really expensive, and honestly OP won't see any performance issues with 970 because he plays on 1080p, atleast that' what I think he plays on. He might see some performance issues on High quality 4k gaming with that memory.

You really don't know about computers much do you? I7 and I5 have literally almost no gaming difference, maybe 1-2 fps difference in some games.

    This for I recommend a 144hz panel.

GSync would be amazing also on a monitor.

Still have the "3,5gig problem". I've never had a problem with it though and for 1080p it's a perfect gpu :) The remaining 0,5GB vRAM runs slower which is what the fiasco was all about. 16 GB RAM seems unnecessary tbh. But I've had my 8GB RAM reach it's limit so maybe not!
