    Hi there,

    I am glad to know that Oneplus is finally introducing some much needed upgrades to their customer support. My last experience with the service center was horrible (as already pointed out). Though the service center replaced my dead home button with a new one but still they were unable to solve the problem of the home button not responding multiple times when I hold the phone in both my hands (it works well if kept on table - I believe this is the rumored grounding issue. Also there is this issue of low sound on my phone. Nevertheless, I wanted to ask two questions related to the new customer support centers :|

    1) I belong to NCR and my warranty expires in August. So when can I expect the service center to be functional? Is there a timeline or tentative date?

    2) I read in the title that the problem would be fixed in approximately one hour so If I bring in the device can I expect it to be done within a day (I know one hour isn't feasible given the initial rush). I am really sick of this home button and low earpiece volume.
