    Hi frnds,

    I too got this issue and contacted OnePlus support.. Looks like we have to wait 24 hours after the phone activation for the IMEI to be updated in their database.
    I will try tomorrow once and update in this thread.

    Can you try, sign out of the OnePlus account from the device, reboot the device, sign in again and check whether the issue is resolved. I know this sounds crazy but this is the instructions I got from OnePlus support to be done post 24 hrs of device activation when I report this issue in the morning.

    I received and activated my mobile today morning, as they say I have to pass 24 hours after activation. I will try this tomorrow morning.

    I guess mobile purchased through amazon has this issue..Is there anyone who purchased this mobile through OnePlus store and facing the issue..Please comment here

    Also worked for me but i tried before many times and didn't work.
    Now bug is fixed.🙂
