Bharathkumar.k , via OnePlus 9R , Apr 16, 2021 : Hi frnds, I too got this issue and contacted OnePlus support.. Looks like we have to wait 24 hours after the phone activation for the IMEI to be updated in their database. I will try tomorrow once and update in this thread.
OmSonone , via OnePlus 9R , Apr 16, 2021 : I'm facing the same issue but I can add another device ie, OnePlus 9R 5G and that inputs my IMEI with no issues.
Bharathkumar.k , via OnePlus 9R , Apr 16, 2021 : Can you try, sign out of the OnePlus account from the device, reboot the device, sign in again and check whether the issue is resolved. I know this sounds crazy but this is the instructions I got from OnePlus support to be done post 24 hrs of device activation when I report this issue in the morning.
