Glitchy OP7

  1. Drag0nWarr10r Donut May 23, 2019

    Drag0nWarr10r, May 23, 2019 :
My OP7 is very glitchy. alot of apps are unstable as I have had to constantly restart and reinstall many apps. my Bluetooth connections occasionally drop. YouTube videos pause on their own. I would love to know how the proximity sensor walks on the op being that the phone is all screen. also no pocket mode?

I found the network reset and used it. I was hoping this might fix my poor LTE speeds. In the same place I used an S9+ to get 25+ Mbps, I'm now only getting 10-12... First OnePlus device.. Not so happy thus far.

I'm also having a really annoying issue with fingerprint scanning on the lock screen. I have to scan my fingerprint once, swipe up on a grey screen, and then scan my fingerprint again to get the fingerprint scanner overlay to disappear.

That is very wierd.. Maybe try backing up your phone to google then factory reset it? None of this should be happening.

Unfortunately, the factory reset did nothing for either problem. I'm wondering if I may need to RMA the phone or something

Old phone firmware settings cause a lot of problems with this phone. If using the Switch app only transfer things like music, picture's, video's. Stay away from transferring settings. Setting's will only cause you problems.
