I just bought a OnePlus 7 Pro model GM1910. Is this global unlocked version? Will it be compatible with Malaysia or Singapore 4G LTE network? Thanks in advance !

    Sorry for bother.

Because i had sent an email to OnePlus US, they mention if the phone is China ROM, and we flash to Global ROM, some features might not support, but they didn't mention any feature.
I'm Malaysian, but currently working in Vietnam. So if i buy OnePlus 7 Pro CN and flash it to Global ROM (Oxygen OS), can someone
    1. Phone will have any issue after flash from China ROM(Hydrogen OS) to Global OS (Oxygen OS)?
    2. Any features cannot be use after flash to global ROM?
    3. Any precaution or any things need to check before flash?

You can also check the Cell provider signal bands to verify if the Device supports them.

I found out that the phone bootloader was unlocked. Now I'm having issues to use Google pay. It says that the phone is rooted, unable to add the card"

Also unable to find Netflix in Google play store.

This is due a bad root method used. OOS tampered your device (this is not permanent). Try also to go to Google Play Store->Settings and see what says the last line at the bottom of the page in: Play Protect Certification.
Probably will say your device is uncertified.

To solve this, if you don't know too much about flashing tools/methods, it's better to contact with OnePlus support. They have tools and methods to restore your phone (even remotely) to a fully working state again.

You can do this yourself looking for tutorials here and at XDA forums, but I encourage you to choose the first option I mentioned.

I don't know what model number you have, but this is a good starting point: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-7-pro/how-to/guide-mega-unbrick-guide-hard-bricked-t3934659

Use the proper package according to your device and restore your device to stock factory firmware, then update as usual. If your device is tied to a carrier like T-Mobile you'll need other modified package, just take a look in the guides available at: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-7-pro/how-to

    Hope it helps. Cheers!
