    HELP!!

For two weeks of phone calls and chats with my phone provider here in Spain and Google about suddenly my Oneplus 7T doesn't work with certain apps.

    Youtube
    Youtube music
    Google
    Google Play

These 4 apps now suddenly don't work on my phone using just the mobile data connection. There is no problem at all once connected to the WiFi.

I have uninstalled, cleared the cache, cleared the data. And nothing. I have noticed that taking off the latest updates in Youtube & YT music it works but google and play does not.
I have even tried on a variety of phones. 5 in total but only 2 worked which were the last two I tried a Sony and Samsung. Surprising. Not even another Sony or iphone did it work.

I have the latest software on my 7T and including the latest Android version. Even used Malware software to see if there is anything and it is clean.

    I AM LOST!!
    Any suggestions???

Nope, from one day to the next, it just stopped working. The network provider said something there was an incident but then they fixed it. But still the other apps worked

Ah, ufff, sounds complicated. Never done that before.
Will look into this weekend if nothing improves this week.

    Thanks

I am facing the same connectivity issues and still no solution. I have the last stable Oxygen OS on OnePlus Nord. (And I have reset factory settings more than once)

I am also having the same problem. At first It was only YouTube and some Google Apps, like Google lens for reading QR codes. It just couldn't connect to Google while on mobile data. Know Google Maps it's also failing to connect. I have a OnePlus 7T (HD1900) with the latest OTA update available: Oxygen OS 11.0.5.1.HD65BA. Is there any solution available?

I'm facing the same issue. Did someone manage to fix it? Do you think that a factory reset will make it work?
The issue started in October for me, only for Google searches. It has been affecting more and more services with time, and now my phone is almos unusable when I am not connected to a WiFi...

Edit: I forgot to mention that my OnePlus is the 6T, and that I am also in Spain (although the issue started while I was in Germany for holidays, at the beginning I thought it was something roaming related)
