Google home: can't add hue Dec 3, 2017

When I try to add Philips Hue to Google home, the process ignores the positive feedback from the login.
I searched a lot and came to the conclusion, that cause is probably in the OS.
Also similar issue with Logitech harmony login. Seems as if such callbacks of login screen don't get recognized.
Anybody else similar issues?
