    Google Phone app is not compatible with One Plus 3/3T.
    Could anyone help Why this application is not compatible with the device while Google Contacts is compatible and available to download.

    That may be, but it's compatible with all phones running lineageos. There's no good reason it shouldn't be compatible.

    The good reason is when running LineageOS or any other custom ROM you have to flash GApps Package. This package contains the GoogleDialerFramework which is required by the Google Phone app. Almost all other OEMs cannot ship it with their phones.
