Google Pixel camera port (with HDR+) stopped working on Android 8.0

I used to take beautiful pictures with my OnePlus 3 in combination with the Pixel camera port (which added HDR+). Unfortunately this app force closes after the latest Android 8.0 update.

Does anyone know if there is a version of this app that does work on the new Android 8.0 update?

I use GCam_4.4.012.156195200_MI5S_MIUI_Android_7.0_PIXEL_II_XL_v.1.1 and it is working correctly.

I guess clearing cache and app data should work.
    OR just reinstall the app.

PS: I'm on OpenBeta 27 and didn't face any problem with my GCam.

It was camera.use_photos. With it enabled I couldn't view pictures within GCMod5.

I updated it to GCam5.1.018-Arnova8G2-V1.2 today and haven't come across any new issues.

Sadly bro I'm not too sure about Oneplus 2 and previous generation devices, but it works on 3 and 3t as well as few other devices..

GCam5.1.018-Arnova8G2-V1.5 is running fine on my 3T OOS 5.0.1. It even has a proper portrait mode, which replaces lens blur when enabled.

Try updating the Google Pixel Port app. Maybe this app mustn't have received updates after the advent of Android Oreo. You can wait for some days and use the OP3 to take photos. When the app will receive an update, it will surely work on the Android Oreo.

    sure

    https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/how-to/op3-google-camera-hdr-ported-to-t3655758

    it's this link:
"Original: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=889764386195922284(Most stable for me, but oldest)"

    GCam_4.4.012.156195200_MI5S_MIUI_Android_7.0_PIXEL_II_XL_v.1.1.apk

I tried other mods from other xda threads. by this one is the most stable for me.
I also installed a newer one to have the portrait mode.

    https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/how-to/modded-google-camera-hdr-60fps-video-t3658552

    -> Arnova's 5.1.018_v1.6 (Android 7/8+)

it's mostly ok but not so stable. sometimes there are problems.
