    Would recommend going to Play store and play services and wipe Data on both alls.

    That should fix that problem.

    P.S. got mine yesterday so far can complain, been working as expected.

    I got my phone from T-Mobile today and had the exact same problem. :( I tried restarting the phone but that didn't fix the issue.

    There was a notification alert about "OnePlus finish setup" which I click on to finish. I did not restore any backups on my Google account. I also went to the Google Play store on my desktop browser (go to https://play.google.com/settings) and uncheck my old phone under the Visibility column. I thought maybe having both devices connected, screwed Google Play Store on the app updates. Out of the blues...Google Play Store finally updated all 15 apps! :D

    Unable to pin point exactly what solved the problem for my case but those are the steps I did before it started working normally. Do you have multiple devices connected to your Google Play store?

    Hi Ashish,
    Yes everything is working fine after Factory Reset. I didn't have much data on the new OnePlus 6T so used this option. Earlier all my Google data was connected in older device 1+1 1 which I was using. I did factory reset there too. It was solved my problem.

    Thanks.
    I was using OnePlus One before and all of my Google setting was connected through device. I did factory reset there and also on my new OnePlus 6T. Then my problem solved. Can't tell exactly what's the problem but I see multiple users facing this problem.

    Hi,
    Try to remove all Google settings from your previous phone and clear cache of Google Play Store app on your new phone then restart. Might work

    Before Factory Reset try to do follow steps...and if nothing works out then do a factory reset:

    * Disconnect/Delink your Google account from your previous old device before using it on new phone. This might help if not then ;
    * Clear cache of Play Store App and Play Store Services on new phone OnePlus 6T and also Chang app preferences and permission..also check whether any Google app is disabled if yes then enable it..then restart ...it Should work now;
    * If nothing works then go for factory reset.
    * If not sure what to do please visit customer service center.

    Hope it helps

    Thanks,
    Ankush

    only working when I switch on the battery saver mode.. no app is getting installed/updated otherwise. I copied data from my oneplus 3t to oneplus 6t using oneplus switch. the play store didn't update any of the apps, I cleared play store/Google services/download manager all caches. Removed my Google accounts and added again. Restarted the phone after each step i mentioned, but nothing helped.. the only solution I got was turning the battery saver on and then the app store udated and installed apps. please fix this glitch
